Key  Responsibilities:

The priority of the ideal candidate is to assist our clients company in acquiring new customers and sell additional products or services to existing clients, identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Identify new sales leads:
Identifying new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and identifying decision maker in purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings and oversee new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events and writing reports about findings/potentials
Pitching products and/or services:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Task and Duties:
Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long term relationships
Build customer base by meeting with clients and educating them on the benefits of their products and services
Respond to all inquiries, cancellations requests, and sales requests within specified time-frame
Support customer in planning yearly promotions (Marketing Plan) and sales growth
Place and roll out of new products/projects

Information Management: Tracks and analyses sales/product statistics and submits them to the Head of Business Development Department for period reviews
Completes proactive customer visits writing minuets and following up
Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
Analyses customer’s and market’s needs price list calculation and update in SAP
Participates in ride along with customer’s sales force
Key Educational/other Requirements:
Proactive approach to problem solving, participation and involvement with customers and colleagues, familiarity with product specifications and product designations, organizational skills in task/time management-must be able to effectively handle multiple deadlines, good verbal communication skills and understanding of long term company goals and how to achieve them in a short and long term  
Must have good interpersonal and strong negotiating skills to build effective working relationships with supply chain partners and customers.

Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement
Education & Experience:
Mix of education and work experiences will be considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills
5 years inside sales or product development experience is a plus
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Automotive related product knowledge desirable, SAP experience is a plus
Key Skills:
Work and /or project experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Experience with SAP (beneficial but not required).
Highly detail-oriented, energetic, organized, professional, resourceful.  Excellent communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
